He has been putting a lot into place for the advancement of our club and has enacted a lot that the club has asked him to do. Barnes, Chilwell, and Hamza wouldn't be where they are without him. The pathway to our first team has been made clear and is making us more attractive to young, talented players.

We are in much better shape as a squad than we were two years ago. CP has done some excellent work in recruiting and pruning and lowering the average age of the squad.
