Night mode

Any chance we could have a night mode so my retinas don't feel like they're being exposed to a supernova when I check FT in the night?

But anyone that struggles with bright lights on their computer at night should download f.lux.

 

Genuinely improved my life.

Get the app 'flux' for laptops or phones.

 

Reduces the bluelight on them so its easier on your eyes at night.

Made one available, select it at the bottom of the page. It's not perfect but for now it'll have to do

I like that - makes a real difference. I work on screens most of the day these days and have to turn the brightness down to prevent headaches so this will be a blessing!

I know some websites automatically adapt between their light and dark theme based on the system appearance, any idea if that'd be possible for FoxesTalk?

Night mode is great. But I've noticed where people post links or quote/past in whole pieces of text from articles, the text doesn't show up in white writing and appears as black text making it almost impossible to read.
