Madness they've picked it as the neutral ground as well, surely just have it in the UAE like Pakistan did when their home grounds weren't an option

TNT had the Bangladesh tour of Pakistan so assuming they'll be most likely for this

Following another clean sweep by the Southern section in the blast QFs this year, since the split to North/South in 2021 this is how the North has performed in QFs, beyond a joke now:
2021  0/4

2022  2/4

2023  0/4

2024  0/4

 

If it was down to random chance, having 0/8 in the last two years is a 0.39% chance, let that sink in

Warwickshire, Nottinghamshire and particularly Lancashire have really underperformed in recent years. Last year Lancs had a team including Buttler, Salt, Livingstone, Luke Wood and Daryl Mitchell but somehow contrived to only finish second in the group and got knocked out in the quarters.

Warwickshire in particular to blame here. Made the quarters all 4 years and lost each QF, including the most recent 3 as top of north group and home quarter.

Just watched some of the Somerset vs Surrey game. Blanton injured his ankle playing football in the warm up this morning.

 

But he’s came in at number 11 on one leg and has played very well to be 28no at the close to give Somerset a slight chance of victory. Was a very entertaining watch.
