Atherton was saying 240 an hour or so back.

Bumrah & Siraj have been great, but on the whole India haven’t had to bowl well. 
Just persevere with bowling straight & England will lose patience very quickly.

Real awakening here. Stupid t20 batting doesn't work in test matches against good sides. Indias batters when they are aggressive like Jaiswal and Pant look much more assured, and on the whole their side look much better than ours. India will get these runs to win with their eyes closed. Play like this in winter and it will be another embarrassment.

Its not reactionary though is it? They've played brainless cricket for two tests on the bounce. There's a sense of arrogance and stupidity with the batting which is hurting them.
