Not sure if it was very good bowling or rubbish batting but both teams did their best to lose wickets as quickly as possible!

Bairstow scoring 30 off the 16th over saw to that. Very convincing. Worth staying awake for a bit for.

Surely they should have gone straight to knockout fixtures after the initial group stage? I guess they're dragging the tournament out as much as they can to maximise income but the crowds at the venues in the West Indies have generally been very poor. Feels like people there have either fallen out of love with cricket or are being priced out.

Yeah it should go straight to knockout. I don't think this super 8s stage is needed.

I think Australia and India are probably a class above at this moment, with England and South Africa the next best. Would be very surprised if the Aussies don’t win it tbh.
