England have done well in pushing that line of aggression and concentration whereas I feel India haven't been able to keep a lid on their emotions.

Archer will wrap this up within 10 mins after lunch.

On to Old Trafford.

Congrats to England for this test. Been a passionate one but they've fuelled that into the win. I knew 193 would be difficult to chase with this track on day 5. Lords is such a tough place to chase.

The rest of the series will be superb if rain holds off and we can get 10 days more cricket.

How anyone can't like Test cricket is beyond me.

Forecast looking dodgy for fourth test, would be a crying shame for series to end 2-2 due to rain.

Only one drawn test (out of 35!) in Bazball period. 0 guesses needed for which ground it was at.

Brilliant bowling by England this morning, got it absolutely spot on.

This really is a fabulous series. Shame it's not on terrestrial so more could get the chance to watch and realise how great Test cricket is at its best. Saying that, Sky's coverage is top tier.

It really looks pretty safe for England - but this test match has had so many turns in it, I'll not be certain until the last wicket falls. What a series this is.

Echo some of the thoughts on here it really has been a terrific series and In particular this test match at Lords.

I really don’t like football at the moment and with how Leicester are being run this has been a very welcome relief.

Come on England, finish ‘em.

Having genuine pace makes us look so much better

It was always going to.

Bring on the return of Wood, Atkinson and Robinson, too.

England can ruffle some Aussie feathers if Archer and Wood are fit this winter. It's a huge if though.

The current Windies series is showing that they have weakness in their batting.

The only reason they're winning it handily is because their seam bowling attack is that good.

When you look at how football has changed in recent years to sideline everyone bar the “top six”, then Trump being the centre of attention at the Club World Cup yesterday, as well as previously failed drug tests taking the shine off the Wimbledon 2025 men’s and women’s singles champions…test cricket is one of the fewest purest forms of sport remaining. It has to be protected, and played on a slightly more even keel in terms of funding received by the lesser nations, but it’s still very much alive!

Definitely. A combination of Wood, Archer, Carse & Atkinson would be tremendous, but as you say will they all be fit

A day ago we were forecasting the death of bazball, still got to win this one. Bumrah is such a good competitor, and Jadeja is a class act......and Siraj is a fighter. Ain't done yet.

Interesting to see the time-wasting tactics of previous days seems to have disappeared. That has to be an improvement.

Not much point for either side now.If rain was forcast i'd imagine India would be trying it on!

Good cricket will always come before over rates for me.
