West Ham/Norwich away

Anyone heard anything when the tickets are on sale? 
 

Train prices are going up horrid at the moment and I’m tempted to book them for Norwich. PL/clubs could do with clarifying the situation

I haven't, but Wolves have had their usual allocation away here confirmed today if that helps.

They haven't finalised anything yet is the response I got earlier and hope it wouldn't be much longer. Doubt we'll hear anything this week based off that

Just had a butchers, they’ve got the full 3300 away end so looks like away days are going to be back to normal.

So it looks like print at home tickets all season for away games. If we do it surely every club will.

Some clubs are moving to an app system. Liverpool are allowing that to be transferable as well between nominated family and friends

So with a name and client ref number on potentially. That should do some damage to those selling on.

Does anyone thinks it's achievable to leave reach the olympic stadium for kick off, if you were to leave leicester centre at 5pm?

If you Google map the journey, it's 2hrs 25 minutes (Give or take a few minutes depending on where you live in Leicester)...

 

You only have 3 hours to play with until Kick off.

 

Given the fact that the traffic will be worse at 5pm than it would be now (Live traffic)...and then having to park....and walk to the stadium (From memory you will have a fair walk to the stadium)......Queuing at the turnstiles etc etc.......It might be do able, but you will be struggling and it will be extremely stressful.

 

Not impossible, but for me it would take away the whole enjoyment just through the stress alone.

 

Not sure about train and not sure what time the coaches leave.

Driving anywhere into London is a nightmare, I would look into trains to St Pancras then the DLR line to the Olympic stadium if you’re travelling from Leicester

Won't happen IMO, will take minimum of 3 hours, plus you've gotta find somewhere to park, walk to the ground, get to your seat etc. I think 3 hours 15/30 is more realistic.

What's everyone's preferred way of getting to the olympic stadium? 

 

It's gonna be my first time down there so want the travel to be at stress free as possible

Not the easiest ground to travel to. Tube is ok going, but normally 45 minute queue from the away section after the game. Wham tend to use a stop / go funnelling system as there is a couple of bottle necks getting away from the ground because of the bridges close by. 
 

We’re driving this time so will probably book a driveway east of the ground and quickish getaway on the A12.

You'll do it easily on train feom Leicester to Stratford International. Just over 90 minute journey. Easy connection from St Pancras on to the Eurostar then get off one stop. The fare is another thing.
