The whole regeneration of the area is the best thing to happen to the city in years.

 

Anyone against any of the plans is terribly selfish.

Wasn't the cricket club issue brought up ages ago? I remember reading about it.

Didn't they raise similar with the stadium itself, but disappeared after being given a cheque?

Yes it was but the owner of the cricket club has officially spoke about it and even tried to say the planning wording didn’t make sense an he offered a correction to it

shadow will be on the cricket club and will possibly cover 2 of the 3 wickets but planning officer don’t see this as a issues
