Just going through bits as and when I find them

If the concourses are being expanded on the N & S stands, the roofs should be higher to balance the new stand visually

Expanded concourses in North and South Stands too.

I thought this! From the early pics it looked like they would put a carbon on the outside of the ground on top of the shell that’s already there. Promising because they may be able to extend on top of that…

Looks like they’ll be a fair few seat relocations from the lower east stand.

L1 and SK1 both remain general admission and the upper tier will be general seats too

Middle of the lower tier is all corporate above the entrances and normal below so similar to the current west stand

Also there will be a sensory room in the new stand. Great news after reading that on what Arsenal provide!

But if I went to the Emirates sensory room would there be much going on?  I sometimes worry that architects all read the same guff and meanwhile there are long queues at toilets and tea bars (not to confuse the two).... and post covid turnstiles

Enjoying looking at all these documents, very detailed. 5 floors in total, a large corporate area although didn't notice any executive boxes?

Doing a very rough seat count I'd say its around an extra 8200, not sure if it says it anywhere in the document though.

Very impressive but looks like it doesn't leave much scope for adding a smaller tier in the North and south stands.

Well on for works too begin this summer then

They said in the webinar that it would be under way during first quarter of 2022. The enabling works must start imminently although I don't think the approval has been formally announced.
