Given next season is likely to be tighter than this, might be worth giving Checo that as he'll need him at some point. Probably won't matter, Horner would make Sergio make way to get Max a 19th place.

Has the 'reason' been reported? Brundle and SKy seem to think it was to do with Monaco qualifying, but surely it's more than that. Max is so so good, generational talent, will go down as an all time great. I'd like to like him but he makes it so hard

Yeah how I've always felt about max, I've always found Hamilton pretty nauseating but max is such a collosal tosser I don't get how anyone outside of his home nation can root for him. A proper helmet.

Incidentally the Verstappen Hamilton collision today is very similar to the Verstappen Ocon incident a few years ago except Verstappen was ahead in the latter

Lewis definitely should have given him more room, but then max has admitted himself he thought well he's not going to give me room so I'll hit him. Max slightly more at fault but any penalty first corner after a safety car for a collision like that is harsh.
