If you want Rogers out just say it. This way of doing it is a bit girlie.

...it is pretty much what we have all been discussing on various topics!!!

This way it condenses the feedback into a more sensible and open viewing.

Reassess the recruitment in a big way.

Would rather we target some of the best in big six shadow squads (like a Colwell or Livramento) and Championship than going after players who need time to adjust and coming in on big wages

I'm always surprised clubs don't bring in coaches, analysts and out of work managers in a short term almost consultancy-like basis. Gianni Vio is probably the foremost set piece specialist - why not bring him in for a few months?

Schmeichel hasn't really addressed any of his technical faults since he's been here (aerially, distribution) - Stowell is part of the furniture, is that really a good thing? Schmeichel would probably benefit from a fresh perspective of his game.

A large part of why Ferguson was so successful was because he knew clubs can get very comfortable and things go stale, bringing in the likes of Meulensteen and Quieroz made sure they could adapt and freshened the club up in training with coaching and tactics.

....Kasper when he initially came in, liked to come and punch incoming crosses, it was successful and he continued to do so for a time!!!

His distribution from hand was unbelievable, as he could, with pin point accuracy find a player out wide or down field without that player having to move to receive it. His game has changed over and over as he stays on his line with crosses coming in, and I would surmise this is more to do with Zonal marking than his reluctance to dominate his area.

He does tend to come for crosses when we have a lead to defend, but that would be in open play as opposed to set pieces.

He still goes for the out of hand pass to the wide player but is percentage regarding accuracy has dropped somewhat. He has recently started to come for crosses now the Zonal marking has been put under wraps, but getting in a coach who can give him a different perspective on what he does, might just see him commit to the rest of his career here, where he could put these things into practise and still be playing at a high level.

I'd sack Top for making such a ridiculous decision to let an unprepared idiot like me make the decisions!

If I'm honest I would probably just wander around like a fanboy and sleep with all of our trophies.

I would also get enough £1 coins to swim in a vault like Scrooge McDuck. (One for the kids there)
