He's utter shite but the same anger today needs to be aimed much higher. He should have left years ago but he's not going to reject the ridiculous contract extensions we give out is he.

 

It's entirely the fault of Rudkin or Whelan that he is still here but we just don't have enough of the fanbase willing to call them and King Power out sadly. The ownership and board have been taking the piss for years and coasting on an achievement approaching a decade old at this point.

I respect your opinion but like I said this is happening since the invention of the beautiful game. It's part of the sport. 

I didn't travel this time for the game mainly because of Christmas preparations and such but you're telling me I'm not allowed to express my disappointment during the game after travelling from North Yorkshire, knowing 2h before Ward is starting and having my blood going right away to my brain? 

You're telling me I need to remain calm until the 94min or so after spending hundreds of pounds and watching an incompetent fraud earning thousands per minute to just stand in front of the goalposts?

Ward is getting all the stick tonight. Don’t get me wrong, he’s shit. He’s not a premier league standard goalie and he has definitely cost us goals/points in the last two games.

 

But what the **** is up with our defence?

 

For the first goal, Vestergaard and Coady who are supposedly experienced internationals let the ball

bounce not once but twice inside our box. I’ve never kicked a ball at a good level but I know rule no.1 of defending is not to let the ball bounce inside your own box,

 

Don’t even get me started on that JJ mistake. His confidence looks shot to bits. I’m not sure how he comes back from this. Pre-ACL he was probably the 3rd best full back in the league. Now look at him. Unreal drop off. 
 

The injury to Mads has highlighted just how good he is. Just how poor Ward is and above all else, how we’ve gotten away with shocking defending all season. 

Not convinced Ruud is the man to get the team defending properly either. I’m struggling for positives tonight I won’t lie.

Anybody suggesting it was more Justin's mistake than Ward on the second needs to watch it back with the sound turned up. 

 

There's a loud shout of 'keeper's', which is why Justin leaves it. 

 

I'm not trying to defend Justin. He's needed to be dropped all season.

 

But that second goal is mind bogglingly bad from Ward. Not content with fumbling powerful shots off of *checks notes*, the chest of opposition players, he's completely created the chance in the first place. 

 

It's one thing to shout and not get there, but he's not even close to being there. Worse, he ends up completely wrong-footed as though surprised that the ball ended up where it did.

 

How can you be shocked about the ball ending in the box when you've just shouted for it?

 

He lacks ability. He lacks concentration. He lacks confidence. What does he offer? How can be possibly be selected ahead of any other professional goalkeeper?

 

50. Thousand. Pounds. Every single week.
