I always felt historically he was very under rated, even in Wales. 

 

But he's definitely taken it up a gear in the last 18 odd months. It's like he's started really genuinely believing in his quality. Plays with so much confidence these days.

Probably because he’s one of a number of players who if they were good enough, would be playing for England.

Were you finding the same excuses for Ward? Welsh GKs are a disgrace, an insult to the sport.
