And we're back...  I better beat my friend again :D  I'm still trying to persuade my other half to rejoin, but she's not sure - I thought Arsenal were good again? :P

Funny story, i also do a cash draft league with my mates and we all take it pretty seriously. 

 

We get to about 5th pick yesterday and people started taking keepers. One of the guys in the league panics as the timer runs down, searches for mendy and drafts….. he only went and accidentally picked Papy. 

 

I’m not sure any fpl moment will top that this year lol

I had him in and binned him off just before the deadline to get Odergaard into the team. Hope that one doesn’t backfire on me.

Yeah annoying. My previous squad had Nunez up front as a 3rd striker and TAA switched out for a cheap defender. Probably should have gone with that but knew Nunez wouldn't start straight away. 

 

One for a future wildcard.

Another season, another recommendation for this site - www.fplgameweek.com

 

It let's you see live league tables with info on what chips others have played, players left to start, and net GW score including auto-subs and bonus points.

I took him out after I saw the other day he was left out of your friendlies.

 

39 points to start so far with the bonus points still to be added.

 

Castagne, Maddison, Foden, still to play.

 

Alvarez to come in for Reguilon if he plays. I had Ait-Nouri 2nd on my bench so Alvarez has to play lol

Lage has changed from 3 at the back to a 4. Coady doesn't do well in a 4 because of his pace, or rather lack of it. He didn't start any of our main first team friendlies.
