I figure, with the squad being bloated for this year till we watch some players leave on frees come end of season, one way we might splash the cash is on an under 21 player, someone we don't need to register for the squad... so, who would you bring in?

Alex Scott from Bristol City  is one I see going to the very top .

Host of clubs after him however .

Jordan James (Birmingham) is another I like the look of and definitely will be picked up by a premier club before long.

The squad isn't bloated, as it stands we only have about 23 fit first team players. We just have a number of players we want to sell and overall a wage bill that's too high. This narrative we have a bloated squad is a bit of a red herring.

Bertrand will not be registered while we collect insurance money, same goes for Ricardo at least until January

With Fofana gone and Luke Thomas still counting as U21, that's 22 players in our squad, add a potential Vestergaard/ Perez departure to that and we should have plenty of breathing room

Not exactly U21s but young players who fit our needs. I think we need a minimum of 2 CBs in this window so maybe it makes more sense to go after cheaper targets but these would be available to a similar price that we paid for Wesley.

Maxence Lacroix

Benoît Badiashile
Evan Ndicka

I think we’re a more desirable destination than a lot of people think, too. Wesley will be the next in a long line of former Leicester players who prove themselves here that walk into a giant team’s starting 11. I have a feeling it’s part of the reason Soumare decided to stay.

We could promote Wormleighton and Maswanhise :)

Will need another few years in the u21s before that lcfc rot can truly kick in

Yeremy Pino wouldnt be bad at all

19 yr old, left footed right winger from Villareal. Really highly rated, bags of talent and potential. He's got a release clause at something like £55m but apparently Villareal would listen to any serious offers even if they don't match the release clause

Yunus Musah from Valencia / US international. Transfermarkt has him valued at 14M pounds. He's a stud and his price is going to increase drastically after the world cup.

He's recently moved into central midfield at Valencia (previously played as a winger), but that is where he plays for the US as well. He's got a huge work ethic, and he's perfect for progressing the ball in the 8 position.

When he dribbles he just has these long powerful strides and he leaves everyone in the dust. He would be a good replacement for Youri, but he's a completely different kind of player - Physicality, pace, work rare, good at keeping the ball, etc. He just lacks an end product, because, well, he's 19. Once he figures that out, his price will go through the roof.

He is also very charismatic, and seems to be one of the favorites in the locker room, and I think Leicester could use some good vibes right now 😂

Filip Bundgaard from Randers. 18 yr old, highly rated whose scored 3 in 6 this season. He’s tipped for the top since he was 16 but they have slowly introduced him.
