"throughout the game" the pricing is horrendous no one is saying it isnt but if people still go they wont change it.  It's what i am doing i cant justify going to any away games this season and i imagine I'm not the only one.

The only way football comes back to fans is if the fans do something about it.

But moaning about a lightshow that is insignificant and has no factor on anything at all isnt the way to do it.

If it's insignificant and has no factor on anything, why do it ? I presume this light show has to be paid for?

People really will find anything to complain about won't they seriously its a bit of entertainment pre game might get the crowd more excited. There is no need to  complain about it if you don't want to watch it stay downstairs or look at your phone until it's finished!

Is it really going to get anyone excited except for those under ten of course?

Its an attempt to improve the atmosphere pre kick off.

Its a pre loaded light show that 1. has probably been used before 2. would cost nothing other than time to put it together.

Can I plug my house into the free electricity plug at the ground?

If this is something that really grinds on you then I think you need to calm down. It's about 3 mins, if that, before a game of football.

Unless you're medically impacted by it (hence the warning), you won't be affected in the slightest.

If you're moaning about it, you're just a sucker for misery.

If the club didn't put the warning out you'd be venting on here that they should have.

As opposed to your helium-induced Tamborine happy clapping? That's all you do.

honestly what on earth you on about?

Dont worry anyway you will miss the light show, BT will cut to adverts just before kick off anyway.

I don't know, but what if it does it builds atmosphere and helps the crowd get going. It's a light show there is absolutely nothing wrong with trying it. If it works it works if it doesn't it doesn't. But it's definitely better that the club are trying something to get an atmosphere going rather than doing nothing. It's definitely nothing to complain about

It's ON the pitch that gets fans going. Created atmosphere is like canned laughter it fools no one and is crap.

It’ll do the square route of nish for the atmosphere btw. Organic, fan led support will improve that 👍🏽

Bang on. We need a frenzy tonight, the kind we occasionally get in games against bigger teams, and this will deliver the opposite.

It might make the kids happy, which to be fair is a good thing. Maybe cast your mind back to when you were 10 - lights shows etc are cool. Kids are the next generation of supporters so doing this once in a blue moon won't harm anyone - people who complain about things like this generally complain about everything to do with the club, which then extends into their wider life etc. If you can't manage a 3 min light show best stay in the concourse and drink the £6 pints of warm flat beer.

When was the last time we did it? I recall Liverpool at home when they went on to tonk us! Did we bother giving it a go after that?

They need to do it to some hardcore trance as opposed to the Greatest Showman!
