It’s safe to say, Castagne is thought highly of on here, however he’s steady but since his arrival, he hasn’t exactly improved the defence in terms of actually defending.

Who has?

70m Little Wes didn’t either 🤷🏻‍♂️

Fofana went straight into the Chelsea team

He also got in the way of the keeper for the goal they conceded, reminiscent of the one he was responsible for with us a few weeks ago, wasn’t the best of debuts

Think this one today is going to be close I’m really hoping we go out and take the game to Brighton score first , just depends on what team and how he plans for us to win the game !

He's been blindly backed for the last 6 months or so. You can deny it all you want but even recent polls have people still defending him

You are spouting rubbish.   People were suggesting towards the end of the 20/21 season that we were on a decline that Rodgers would be unable to stop.   A significant amount of people said he should go.

Many defended our FA Cup winning manager who had achieved two fifth placed finishes.

Last year, there were a lot of people anti-Rodgers and people defending him.

Recently, clearly a majority thin he is being replaced.

Views have often been supported by reasoned thought.

I believe there was a poll on here where over 90% wanted Rodgers out.

Your use of 'blindly backed' is misused hyperbole.   It is simply wrong.
