Genuinely think Kingy would do better for us! 

Bournemouth gave him the opportunity but he was there as a coach during their promotion season and before that he was assistant manager for Liverpool's academy.

Every single time a manager is sacked there should be someone within the club who can step up and continue the blueprint. Bring them in early in their career, help them develop how WE want them to develop, then promote from within. 

Is the red bull system just not Liverpools system in the 70s and 80s

Has done a fantastic job over these past two weeks, speaks eloquently and it’s interesting that he references that the stats are suggesting the players are fitter and further ahead of previous 2 seasons.

Even though it is a short time, it is great to have a fully committed, professional man in charge who cares about this club and what it gave him.

Obviously not gonna be our manager  but from interviews etc he’s clearly pushed the players and got them to be more professional and get some  pride in themselves . . King clearly loves the club and clearly relishing what he's currently doing . Already said it in this thread but he definitely needs keeping on in the back room staff .

Absolutely love the bloke, make no mistake the club is a mess but he seems to have an air of calmness, assurance and has actually managed to cajole this lot into some semblance of organisation, every credit to him and the rest of the team.

Not quite his time but he’s going to manage us one day and it’s going to be fantastic to have him in the dugout. Bloke gets it, gets us.
