Our fans our entitled. They turn up to every game thinking we have the right to win. Our away ends have been shite for years. Why do

People turn up to games and not back the team? Serious restructure is needed for home and away games. Surely people are passionate about the club they support?

Thing that pisses me off is that our fans don’t give two shits when we are winning and we went silent after are goal yesterday but as soon as we start to play worse then the fans are pipping up getting all angry and I’m like why do u give a shit when we are playing bad but not when we are playing good  but the atmosphere was what I expected a huge allocation with our home supporters there who think an atmosphere is clappers and honesty flags playing on a Wednesday in November and thinking we are guaranteed to win you know it’s bad when are own supporters start singing are support is ****ing shit

It was awful last night, reminded me of Blackburn the other month. Firstly Wednesday fans surprised me and very virtually quiet all game. But we took nearly 4000 fans, brilliant mid week, yet near me I felt like there was about 7 of us singing. I was top tier but on the right side, was pretty much dead. I have noticed recently the amount of people on their phones though, looking at other results or gambling, I just don't get it. It's like going just to say you were there.

Equally poor from both sets of fans last night.. probably the quietest atmosphere I have ever been involved in..

let’s be honest though, apart from a token few, we have never been the most vocal.

the players had no go in them last night and it rubbed off on the fans I would say

I think we have to admit to ourselves that this is what our fanbase is like, i can't see how it will change, its a mentality thing.  I think its best just to accept it and not let it affect your enjoyment of the game.

I think the home atmosphere has possibilities to improve but thats only if the layout of the stadium changes, obviously you cant do this with away games so it is what it is.

A two thirds full Hillsborough rarely generates a great atmosphere at the best of times. It’s such a big ground. The away end is often a bit meh even though we often go there in numbers and usually fill the upper tier minimum. One of the best trips I can remember is when we got tonked 7/1 and everyone was just taking the piss .

We desperately need a refresh of chants. Two of our main songs are sung to the same tune and some are mind numbing! The new decent Winks and Ricardo chants have never been attempted at home

the decent Winks chant does get aired in SK1, hopefully you're not referring to the HARRY HARRY WINKS, HARRY HARRY WINKS chant

I was near the back in the middle of the upper and it was decent. Most people singing all game. Not sure what people are moaning about. Always seems people want some ridiculous huge spectacle for kudos on social media. I enjoyed the atmosphere even though the football wasn’t the best

And why keep moaning about entitled season ticket holders. Only game I can’t get a ticket for currently is West Brom so people can always get tickets if they really want

Is it not the 2016 effect? We literally achieved the highest thing we will ever achieve as a club. The fans know they will never see that again, so maybe people are just demotivated? It's like there's nothing to push towards.

That is exactly what they are there for. Makes them think they are the better fan.

Gotta get that story on Instagram so my 25 followers can see.

Did you deliberately buy next to where UFS were or was it by chance?

Pretty sure UFS put out on their socials where they aim to be for each away game.

Yea true, I mean it’s difficult because of the priority system and those guys get in quite early I think.

My first visit to Hillsborough and it was as expected with their current league position and situation with their turd of an owner. Impressive old ground but bar a chorus ‘hi ho Sheffield Wednesday’ at the start and ‘who are ya’ when they equalised at the end it was silent.

Our away end was a bit flat. I was middle upper tier and there were patches of people driving the singing but it’s a bit fractured and disjointed. It was the same at QPR in lower tier. We have different sides of the same stand/tier singing over each other and starting different songs. You can hear and can join in with some of the great new songs like the ‘I’m in love with Ricardo’ song, the ‘Fatawu running down the wing’ song and ‘I wanna tell you’ for Harry Winks but they were concentrated to one small group on the left hand side of the upper tier last night (I’m guessing UFS). Then there was another group on the right hand side of the upper tier shouting ‘you are my Leicester’ over the top or something like that and the majority go with that.

So how loud it was largely depends on where your sitting for the majority of time bar the occasional all hands on deck volley of ‘straight back up’, ‘Vichai had a dream’, or ‘Jamie Vardy’s magic’ which are established chants.

It’s nobody’s fault, and this isn’t a dig at any group as everyone is trying to create a loud and boisterous atmosphere but it just doesn’t carry across the whole away end in full right now. It’ll get there, and it wasn’t helped last night by a flat on field performance.

In the least offensive way possible, seriously just shut up. Honestly have had it with people trying to make excuses for why our fans are shit. At home it's the issue of people being seperated. Away it's the issue of people singing over each other. FFS! Football fans have been going to matches for long enough without worrying about singing over each other. It's getting boring now. Our fans are shit and do not give a toss about creating an atmosphere. Was down in lower tier and there were about 3/4 asian lads trying to get it going all on their own. No one looked bothered! They seemingly decided to give up halfway through the second half too and i don't blame them in the slightest.

I wasn’t there but didn’t feel that sad to miss out. When we take these large followings, it’s always crap.

6,000 of us at MK Dons last season and it was the worst end I’ve ever been in.

Chore is exactly right. Genuinely unenjoyable.

Yeah that’d have been us. Not a single person looked like they wanted to be there, majority gone in the 38th minute to get food and then loads left in the 85th to go home. Seriously what is the point of bothering?

I know that Derby started allocating a block or two for people who wanted to contribute, and then different one for the Strictly brigade.
