Me and Jake and @Ric Flair differ on that opinion of relegation, but I can also understand their point of view. If we were to go down, i'd be upset but wouldn't feel any sympathy for those running the club.

I'm not on X either, for similar reasons. It is not a conversation for this thread, but we have created a society where there's no room for nuanced debate and it is acceptable to abuse people for having an opinion or a platform that's different to theirs. A lot of what Jake said was taken out of context, but that is the nature of the beast.

To that end, it's also been difficult to criticise certain individuals at the club without crossing the line into personal abuse. I do accept by putting our own opinions on the podcast we're more fair game, but it was more of a reference to those who are 'KP in' and whose rhetoric seems to be abusive in response to anyone who has constructive criticism of the ownership.

I agree with @Nolucklcfc that relegation will make these factions worse, to the point if you are KP out like myself you don't actually feel safe to voice those opinions at games.

Anyway, the podcast was never intended to be divisive, it has just so happened that in the last few weeks/months we have become more aligned to wanting King Power out. We appreciate everyone who listens and it will always be an open forum for anyone who wants to come on and voice their opinion, KP in or out. At the end of the day, we all want what is best for Leicester City, but there seems to now be two distinct schools of thought how to go about that.

The pod is excellent—comfortably the best Leicester fan podcast. I wouldn't worry about being divisive. I suspect most of us who listen regularly don't do so because we just want to hear views we agree with—it's good to hear opposing views, especially if they're backed up with an argument. Like many others I could understand where Jake was coming from on this issue but I didn't agree with him because I believe the very serious risk of administration/liquidation outweighs the possible benefit of KP selling up. It's shame if Jake has been getting some flak as his passion as a fan is not in question.

Also, I've been kindly donated an original 1996-98 LCFC home shirt by chatshirts.getbanged off insta and i'm in the process of getting it signed by Walsh, Izzet, Elliott and a few others. Will be raffling it off for the London marathon and memorial run for my mum. Massively appreciate anyone getting involved. 💙💙

On another subject, have you ever thought about debating with a couple of people who are King Power in? It sounds like the protest led to some heated discussions in the ground, and eviscerating their pathetic arguments would surely make for great listening. Though I’d be surprised if you could find anyone articulate enough who has that point of view as they all seem like thick as 🐷 💩

I suspect anyone who is staunchly KP in, would not listen to our pod regularly and would find me extremely irritating.
