Excellent summary of the match and current situation with City and hearing the pain in @Ric Flair voice was worth the entry alone. The perfect antidote to some of the more hysterical opinions on FT.  

 

That' said, please stop referring to ice baths as if it's a perfectly normal thing for people to do on Sunday after getting ripped up on a Saturday you weirdos :ph34r:

 

More seriously, really important little section by Jake at the end about men's mental health.  I for one am very glad you did decide to say something, the more we talk openly about it the less taboo of a subject it becomes for men.  👏👏👏👏

Great episode as always and as Border Fox said so glad Jake opened up, hope all is ok and sending love and best wishes. I hope it encourages more men to open up on their feelings and mental health.

Well done for talking about your mental health as well Jake - not easy and better out (and shared) than in I always say.

Really respected the end segment on men's mental health, it's great the pod is something every can have a laugh listening to, but highlighting these things is incredibly important.

 

I've seen gyms start to advertise services where people can get help around the gym, hopefully the more conversations that initiatives like this and the pod starts to make people feel that little better about asking for help when they need it. Especially around Christmas when it can really hit some people hard.
