I just don't believe they will let us go down. Although they're playing an extremely risky game at the moment.

The longer we leave it, the harder is becomes. This mini spells of good results are actually going to haunt us, because its those that have saved him from the chop. Probably would have been better not to get the results against Villa and the Spuds, because the trigger would have been pulled by now.

We are finding ourselves constantly getting dragged in. If we had acted sensibly like Villa did, we could be well clear by now.

I know mate. I dont disagree really. I just don't think he is going to last the season and that we will stay up as a result. Playing a very dangerous game at the moment though. Need to twist soon.

Barring the injured Kristiansen, this was arguably our best Starting XI, and with some better finishing (looking at you, Kelechi Iheanacho), we could have took all three points from St Mary's. But here we are, a squad that should be getting mid-table, is actually under-performing across the pitch.

Our poor form is all self-inflicted, on and off the pitch, and something has to give. If things carry on the way they are, then we will have the best facilities and training ground in the Championship. It's now a yes from me.

Spurs supporting mate was astonished when i said i thought we were going down last week. No lie - word for word he said 'But you've got Brendan Rodgers - no change you can go down'.

The Brendan roadshow is in everyone's heads.

Thankfully, a work colleague who also supports Spurs sees we rely on Maddison as opposed to Rodgers...

Looking at how tight it is all the way down from 12th, I can see it being one of those unusual seasons where 40 points isn't enough. If that is the case, then we need at least 5 wins and a couple of draws or 6 wins out of 13 games.

Thats something we have not managed all season.

It seems that everytime it looks like we might put a decent run together, something gets in the way, the wc, a run of games against top sides who beat us and the confidence goes out the window.

Think we will survive, just, but something needs to  change or we will become perennial strugglers

Am going to dig out the older lads here like me wtf happend to our fans, as young gun i still remember how hostile it was when Brian Little came back with VIlla with the Judas crap, and i still respect him, our fans are pucking embarrassing for a working class city, what happend to rowletts, northfields, Brauntstone thurnby lodge etc? Is ufs the end of a working class club?

.. you would find that most supporters roles in society and with their salary makes them now defined as middle class!!!

They may see themselves as working class but their values have changed.

I think I've accepted we'll go down.

Rodgers overplaying injured players, probably another reason for the injuries, the fact he's lost the players, the fact he's precided over their form's descent, and his general egoistical stubbornness will be what relegate us. And Top for, whatever reason, keeping faith him in and keeping him in charge.

I'll be heartbroken to see some of our players leave, especially Barnes and any of the local lads.

If we can sort out what's been causing in the injuries-- I'm not 100% sure it's completely Rodgers--and we get a manager who wants to actually use the academy then we might come back up stronger and using our biggest asset to its fullest.

Plenty of time for us to turn it around. We're not even in the bottom 3.

Yeah but we'll have no Barnes and no Viktor and our general trajectory is not good. Let's see though

No shìt sherlock.

We deserve to go down. Shambles off the pitch, shambles on it.

Manager insists on a playing style that makes us look like ass clowns.

The little twat has Top under some kind of spell.

Least when its confirmed I'll have enough money to pay my energy bills (for a month)
