Hopefully that parasite will be gone at the end of the season.

I'd certainly pay him what BR was getting if that would get him back.

People who want Pearson back definitely order the same shite from the same takeaway every Friday night.

if what you get is good and you know it why keep trying other takeaways and ending up with a load of different shite week in, week out?

how is that even a good analogy? lol

Remember when we all laughed at Forest when they re-appointed Billy Davies when they were hopeless and right in the shit, and he appeared in a video message at a home game on a big screen (largely talking about himself in the 3rd person) and it was just some pathetic living in the past that was utterly doomed to fail?

Has he actually done well at Bristol? 14th in a league where even Coventry can make the playoffs doesnt look great.

Doesn't really matter.

He just fits Leicester. And honestly I'd take him over anybody else our board might have lined up for the role.

Because if you only order from Mr Wang's Chinese Takeaway, you'll never know that actually there may just be better Chinese takeaways out there.

Certainly the case in the world of football managers anyway. I wouldn't be kicking and screaming if we did appoint him but I I'm 99% certain most fans who gag for his return have chose him from a shortlist of 1, and haven't really put much thought in to how far we could scope for a new manager

Some time some manger are perfect fit for some clubs and Person was that! Just cos he doesn't do well at another club doesn't mean he's a cow dung. That goes the same for players too. Leicester is where he belongs, he's the alpha fox and knows how to build foundation givin the right backing, time and freedom. Would welcome him back anytime untill we find a new alpha. People can say car dung about this man but he's proven that he can build with what he had and grow

Pearson *was* that. Absolutely no guarantee he comes here and has the same success. It's nearly 10 years since he was here, not only has football at that level changed but we as a club have too, our expectations, infrastructure.

19th, 17th and 14th place finishes.

Yes he's smashing it.

That's steady progress. He's putting the pieces of the jig saw in place.

Top 6 or higher next season.

Get over what exactly? I can not think of a better alternative for next season and we desperately need some proper leadership as we will need to sign a dozen players at least.

Might not be the Messiah but is more than good enough for me.

Might not be the messiah? **** off heretic

People are laughing now but imagine the buzz on the opening day next season away to Rotherham next season with Nige backed up by Huth and Wasilewski on the coaching staff.

Knockaert on the wing, Vardz up front, Choudhary and Drinkwater running the midfield.

It will be proper Leicester again.

As much as that is bollocks, I'm talking more about our fans. Though I'd there's one manager our fans would happily ignore a 15 match losing streak, it's Pearson.

And what exactly is your expectation for next season?

We are going to be in a lot of trouble and we desperately need somebody who has a strong will to manage us through what will be a massively turbulent time.

He's doing what he did here at Bristol City.

I'd love him back here but I doubt very much he'd come back now.

Maybe bring him in as DOF after he leaves Bristol.

Aint going to happen mate he has settled in Devon  a mansion on Dartmoor working on project Bristol City probably his last job he wont be back a third time !

And what makes you think he hasn't? Maybe he hasn't found the right club or had the same backing as he did with Leicester. Also agree he probably would not come here at all as he said that ship has sailed along time ago but find it odd how people are writing him off and our expectations died the day we lost the balls of this team. I agree the expectations should high but some fans and Top clearly don't think this. Who wanted to keep BR and give him till end of season 2 seasons ago. Anywho just saying we need someone who care about the club and can build the foundations again cos that is lost in this club

There’s something about this bloke, his staff and the connection with our club and fans.

Get him back.

I don’t care that he’s done an ‘average job at Bristol’. That’s Bristol. Bristol City. A club with no real pedigree or PL money/investment. Owner down there has cared more about the Rugby team (stupidly).

Get him back.
