Anyone that thinks there's a chance, just go and watch some Newcastle highlights. They're literally the worst side we could be facing. Their main strength exploits our biggest weakness.  They'll press us high and score goal after goal as we make mistakes under pressure.

The only remote hope is that Howe freaks out and changes tactics for some unknown reason.

Everton drew today and I predict they will lose their next fixture. Leicester only need to win once with our superior goal difference to pull this out of the bag.

Surely we can beat West Ham and perhaps draw Newcastle?

All clubs get a shock result from now and again. We deserve this one, this season. We need a last hurrah from the boys.

People writing off other club’s fixtures again while ignoring how crap we’ve been lol

Scenario 1 - "Hoping they lose and we win"

Leeds lose or draw.

Everton lose.

We beat Newcastle or West Ham.

Scenario 2 - "Hoping for a dramatic change in form"

Leeds win and/or Everton draw.

We draw at Newcastle and beat West Ham.

Scenario 3 - "Hoping for a miracle"

Leeds and Everton win

We beat Newcastle and West Ham

Then sweet, sweet Saftey.

Time for some magical thinking about purposely ignoring form and sense!

Could you jot this down in your notepad, tear the page out, and somehow deliver it to Dean Smith before the first whistle?

We are crap, but so are Leeds and Everton. If I had to bet money on the survivor, it would be Everton, just because they’re one of those teams that never seem to go down.

I think the 8pm kickoff will also do our players a favour today.

They can have all the favours they want, we ain’t winning tonight.

Go on …..I’ll ask ……. Why ?

Because the players have had extra time to think and stew about everything. The adrenaline will be flowing full pelt by 8pm as they consider other results have gone their way.

Random fact - Newcastle don't like playing in the dark because their kit is black and white.

I got a nasty feeling that none of us win on Sunday, Leeds, Everton and ourselves.

We’re all terrible sides who deserve to be relegated.

We draw 0-0 again knowing that a goal would have saved us. That would be the death knell to a bloody horrible season.

I think we will win 2-1 with a second half winner and Everton will fluff it 1-1 with a late Bournemouth equaliser.

Just want everyone to know we should win today because

  • It's a Home game.
  • 4:30pm = more adrenaline for the Leicester players
  • West Ham are more focused on their Europe final on the 7th June. They won't want to risk injuries before then.
  • We are due some more luck.
  • Everton will fluff today because they peaked too soon.

We are one win from the greatest escapes of all time.
