My lasting memory of Ferdinand will be him jumping about 5 yards in the air to score a header against Southampton on our return to the prem. I'm sure he injured himself doing it as well. He had an absolute rocket of a shot on him

As I remember he took 3 players out, one of their defenders and the keeper and can't remember if it was one of our attackers or another one of their defenders. Absolute carnage.

Haha okay was 2 defenders and himself. Was many years ago. Bit of that bravery last season and we'd have been fine.
