Another terrible miscarriage of justice, Andy Malkinson wrongly jailed for rape with

some very dubious evidence provided by Lancashire Police then refused parole 

because he wouldn’t confess to the crime he didn’t commit, finally when they discovered 

DNA evidence that implicated someone else the CCRC refused to review the case and

the evidence went missing.

This poor guy has spent a vast amount of his life in jail and now has mental health problems.
