It’s this sort of post that I find so tiresome, just enjoy the moment.

Before you search I have posted nothing about the Winks signing so I have no strange attitude.
One upmanship  when we’re doing well is needless, what I do agree with you is that they need a spanking next Friday 🦊

It's just a gentle reminder that a lot of Foxestalk members are pessimistic and clueless Lawro

Flew into Munro on Thursday......had my lunch confiscated by a nice customs bloke. I'm now in the business lounge in Toronto waiting for my train to Montreal. From there I board the ocean sleeper to Halifax. I then fly back to Toronto on Tuesday and then home via Iceland on Thursday.

Montreal has some nice areas (especially old montreal).

Have a safe time  here mate!

I know, felt bad after posting, apologies.

It's okay. Just think how the actual Mark Lawrenson felt after posting his predictions, funded by the license fee payer I might add.

I was impressed with Ilias Chair yesterday, hoping we go back in for him in January. Would slot nicely into our squad.

Me too - he’s got good strong legs and a straight back.

I did some work over at the steel works in Hamilton a few years back, and now I'm finding out I missed out on an old warplane museum. Gutting.

Oh nice, were you at stelco then?

My FIL was a welder at stelco (or whatever they call it now) for a lonnnng time but retired for the last 8 to 10 years i think.

Yeah, back when it was US steel. Was only out there for a month or so putting in some new automation, but we managed to get a bit of touristing in at the weekends, as they were nice enough to not bother rolling on Saturdays and Sundays. So there's nothing better to do than pop down to Niagara falls, or Niagara on the Lake, or the botanical gardens, or the CN tower.... Was the middle of summer as well, so the weather was very nice too. Certainly one of the nicer steel mill towns in the world I've been to!

Edit: it's actually back to being called Stelco again, they got flogged off by us steel a few years back.

Luckily for us they have Bamford!

Bamford Hattrick, then to go off in the wild sunset…and never to be heard of again.

Until we  play them again in 5 seasons, when he is popped out of the box in a Fa.cup tie, just to irritate us again

Feck off VIA RAIL!!!!!

They cancelled my train to Halifax. I am now stuck in Montreal and will have to return to Toronto tomorrow. Still I got a full refund on both trips, and a free night at a top hotel and a free business class ticket to get back to Toronto. So I got a 2 day return trip first class to Montreal for free.

Thats bs though, waste of valuable travel time when you could have been enjoying toronto. Sitting on a train going past kingtson and napanee is bloody boring lol.

It was a trend at one point...

The year we won the title, we beat swansea monk got the sack, we beat chelsea Mourinho got sack ,we beat Everton martinez got the sack

3 managers sacked straight after losing to leicester, 3 mangers whose surname  began with "M"

Interesting story, also shows our riches in diverse Foxes world wide working areas spread, plus how close ships in the night cross each other's bows.

Amazing in the various working area one finds Leicester,

then it's foxes DNA.

Only to find out later we have all managed to just miss each other. Or total ignorant & unsware of each other's presence.. Though in my case, might of been early days or coincidence of being one of the early bird older generation of

"Leicester contractors"

 Or ex town- expats

The other 3 got sacked before their next match. Pearson  lasted a few before his sacking
