This plus a Saturday 15:00 makes it the potential for a quick seller but in the past some of these have surprisingly gone lower than most expected.

 

Stoke sales should be a decent guideline. Larger allocation but more local.

I would imagine it gets to 501+ band but I am best guessing based on recent trends.
