I got in after 40 mins. got told they hadn't verified the emails from my friends and were working through them! found it unbelievable that the lad couldn't do a search for those emails on the phone and had to wait for them to individually get replies saying they'd received them 😂

Took me 50 calls to get through and was then 17th in the queue.  Then took me 58 minutes waiting through to completion.

Giving slightly creepy stalker ex vibes to the club today - the first 2 calls they couldnt help me as were waiting on authorisation emails to come in, despite them going in last night!

Club were unable to find the emails from them - emailed Jim to ask him whats going on, he asked me to confirm the email address they sent their email too 😂

 

 

3rd time lucky, finally sorted. 

 

Shambolic ticketing process from the club this year.

Told they aren't doing relocations to that area and spare seats there were being held for Members to try the atmosphere. Also asked if they were going to extend and he said very unlikely given the amount of abuse when they first created that section
