After not working all of last year NFC now works again for me. I put it down to a software update either my end or theirs as I have the same phone.

My Villa ticket had gone straight into my 'expired passes'.

Probably means it won't work

Anybody else's Android wallet still showing Everton tickets? No option to download Bournemouth tickets when I log-in on the club website

Same here. I rang yesterday and they said it should be in the wallet by Friday. I wish they'd communicate better and keep the supporters informed.

I'm having problems with my season ticket for the womens team.  Mens is fine. - oh no it isnt!  So 2 season tickets, 2 games this weekend, it's thursday and Ive not got a ticket for either.

 

Ticket office said this morning that they are aware of issues.

 

"We are currently aware of an issue that has prevented some devices from updating for the Bournemouth fixture, it is something we are actively working on to get fixed today"

Same issue here - still on Everton. Followed the steps in the email - no change. 

 

It might actually be a positive in all fairness if I cant get in!

Mine still on Everton, and in fact I haven't successfully used the pass so far this season. Tried for the last game and it wouldn't work. as it happens I had my lads physical ticket with me and he wasn't there so I just used that.

 

Then got an email from the club asking why I didn't attend the game? Wonder if they're tracking games missed? Is there a minimum number of matches you have to attend?

My android wallet is also still on Everton. Also followed the instructions on the email sent out this morning but it made no difference!

My lad just rang ticket office and was told it’s a nationwide issue for all clubs on android phones and that if there not loaded by tmrw then the club will come up with a contingency plan. What that is they didn’t say but sounds like it’s going to be a massive ballache on Saturday.

im on iPhone and I found mine in expired passes  Why the club are not sending out emails explaining the situation is bordering on incompetence. Sort yourselves out LCFC it’s not that hard is it !!!!

£25 for a physical card doesn’t seem such a bad idea afterall.

Yeah mine is still Everton and cannot get it to update, I was told to delete and re attach! It doesn't work and now I can't get it back onto a my wallet!

 

Will have to call them again tomorrow

Same issue here couldn't get in against Everton, was still showing as Everton in my wallet couldn't get it to update so deleted it and tried to reload but got an error message. Contacted the club shop they sent me a link but said it might not work until tomorrow..... See what happens 🙄

i have just managed to get this to re-download and its up to date now.

My ticket still hasn't shown up. So I rang the club and they've said they've got problems with the Android system and have issued me a single ticket to download for tomorrow's match. Which I've received and all looks good. My concern is that there are going to be an awful lot of people turning up tomorrow, probably not realising they won't get in, and clogging up the turnstiles.
