Thank god it's not just me having this problem, if they don't get this sorted tonight it's going to be absolute pandemonium down the ground tomorrow

Mines still showing the Everton ticket as well

Is anybody able to post the instructions they sent, as I haven't had an email to show me what to do to update it either

My concern is that there are going to be an awful lot of people turning up tomorrow, probably not realising they won't get in, and clogging up the turnstiles.

Exactly this issue, after being told repeatedly by the club this is a flawless system that easily works why would people check

Information from the website

A Season Ticket Holder mobile ticket contains all 19 Premier League Home League games or 11 Women's Super League home games and will update before each fixture. Please ensure you have automatic updates enabled in Google Pay / Apple Wallet.

Apple Users

If you cannot see your pass, please open the Wallet App on your device but do not use the shortcut to bring up your pass. Instead, scroll down to "view expired passes", click on "unhide" and follow the instructions below:
Click on the three dots.

Ensure the "automatic updates" toggle is green, then press and hold the miniature pass and drag the screen down.Wait a moment for the pass to say "updated just now".

Once the spinning wheel has disappeared, click on the back arrow in the top left-hand corner to return to the main pass. This should now show the next fixture.

If you have recently updated your device and your pass has been removed, scroll down and click "edit passes" to unhide the pass.

Android Users

Update the Google Wallet to the latest version from the Play Store.

Check that you do not have multiple tickets attached to your pass - you can do so by clicking on the pass and swiping right on the last fixture.

If neither of the above steps work, we recommend you power your device on and off again.

Supporters on Android devices will need to ensure the email address on both their Google Wallet and Google Account on their device match.

Thanks, I've tried all that and none of it works

If you look at the numbers:

20,000 season ticket holders. 75% have mobile tickets (I'm sure I read the club said 25% kept their card) = 15,000. Let's say the spilt between Apple & Android is 50/50, that leaves approximately 7,500 not being able to get in.

I had the same problem, so rang the club. Told me they have a major ticketing issue with their Android Service Provider, and Android Season Tickets for tomorrow have not updated. I followed all their instructions, but not succeeds.

They will issue a replacement by email if you phone up (and they've done that for me) but they have decided not to email supporters to inform them because they can't target Android users. Utterly ridiculous decision - would be better to email everybody and explain this only impacts Android users. As it is, Android users who haven't checked their wallet and sorted this in advance are going to have a problem.  Everyone can expect carnage at the turnstiles when thousands can't get in.

You need to ring the club. They'll send you a new link.

Yeh I've done that and been sent a new ticket now

I imagine the turnstiles are going to be absolute chaos tomorrow as most people won't even think to check

It's ridiculous that the club haven't even posted anything on social media to tell them about this

haven't got time to faff around phoning the club. Most people probably won't even realise it's an issue before pulling their phones out at the turnstile.

Let's hope they get it sorted out before then

I'm not sure it's something they want to advertise after forcing this system on us😂

Apparently an email went out this morning with the info hidden away in it although I’ve seen that people might not read the email as it’s part of the usual email that gets sent before every game

Not quite right, here’s what the club posted, so there is around 10,000 mobile tickets (6,469 STH & around 3,500 purchased by members) and that’s assuming that all concessions applied for their free cards

Of the 22,549 Season Ticket Holders for 2024/25, 9,885 opted for a physical card at a £25 fee, with a further 6,195 Concessions eligible for a free physical card.

The continued adoption of Mobile Tickets has seen notable additional uptake, with a total of 6,469 Mobile Season Ticket Holders using NFC (Near Field Communications) for the new Premier League season

This is the update I received from the ticket office & fortunately it worked!  Panic over until the next match

I believe the issue should be resolved now from reports we’ve had from other supporters and developers.

Before I re-issue your ticket, could you force close your Google app and reload it to check if the ticket has updated?

If it still shows Everton, let me know and I can re-issue your ticket.

How was it yesterday getting in  with all the mobile ticket fiasco during the week?

As usual a few people having issues getting their phone to read on the machine and slightly longer queue than usual but that might have been down to the new search table system they was using

Shambles in front of us. A couple had their mobile pass showing for the Forest game and one lad still had the Everton fixture.

Never used it so no idea if this was the clubs fault or theirs?
