Our semi is in Jersey on Tuesday. Hopefully that'll mean some more supporters for us.

Good luck, the idea of Canada winning it with their first attempt whilst the USA looks on having never done anything would be hilarious.

This would be huge for us Canadians.  Will be very tough to get past Argentina and then Colombia/Uruguay but hey, we went further than Brazil lol.

Not sure I agree that the USA "has never done anything." If anything, we have generally overperformed at major tournaments respective to our talent level. The US has made it to the Copa America Semifinals twice - once in 1995, in Uruguay, and again in 2016 during the Copa America Centenario which was hosted in the US.  We have also made it to the Quarterfinals of the world cup and the finals of the Confederations cup.

That said, I'll be happy for Canada's fans and players if they win. They actually outplayed Argentina in the first half of their last game, and it felt like they just ran out of gas. They generally represent CONCACAF well, and are preferable to all the ankle kickers and projectile throwers in our confederation lol

Ya, we aren't there yet but says a lot when you look where we have come from to where are now. World Cup qualification,  semi's of Copa America.  So proud of our men's team!

Haven't watched full games in this but has scrapping extra game made a positive or negative impact?

People like Lineker bang on about scrapping it but I would get the impression the more defensive teams would sit back even earlier than normal, making the 2nd half of games practically unwatchable.

I know a lot of it depends on the individual game but I'm genuinely interested.

Speaking for USMNT fans everywhere, our long national nightmare is over. Unfortunately the guy who hired and rehired Berhalter (Crocker, who skipped the Copa to attend the Euros) is still there. So prepare for incoming MLS retread coach. Let the nightmare begin anew!

Klopp would be the perfect coach for them. Surely he would win over the hearts and imagination of the country.

He would be beyond fantastic but the USSF is incredibly cheap and I don’t think he’d take the job even if they paid him what he asked.

Nunez appears to have gone into the stands to fight Colombian fans. Possible other Uruguay players involved  madness.

Didn't see the match. That's insane lol

That was likely his intention but as the champ Mike Tyson once said: everyone has a plan until they get punched in the mouth. lol

That second half by Colombia was one of the gutsiest performances I’ve ever seen, they could have easily won 3-0.  They’ve been running their balls off all tournament on short rest and in ridiculous heat and humidity but show no signs of slowing down.
