AC Milan had as many English players in their team than any other nationality I think.

Inter denied them a win with a late equaliser.

As did Roma v Napoli.

Has there ever been a Serie A team with 3 English players in the starting lineup?

Could have been 4, if Loftus-Cheek was healthy.

Great game in the A League. Sydney 3 3 WS Wanderers

Atmosphere was electric and Sydney with 2 late goals to equalise

Was decent from start to finish. Always good drama in that derby.

Watching Napoli v Udinese on TNT.

For supposedly the best team in Italy Napoli don't half give the ball away a lot, and their defence doesn't look that solid. McTominay is a real weapon for them though.

5 mins after they take the lead from a McTominay header they concede a long range hit after pissing about trying to play out from the back.

Be interesting to see people's thoughts on the Fermin Lopez red card. Upgraded after review by the ref.

Gets the ball, but follow through is forceful around Sow's leg...

Oh and I forgot to mention, I was following the Galatasaray game earlier who were at home to Adana Demirspor.

Gala got a very dodgy penalty around 10 mins, and AD were not happy at all. 20 mins later their players walked off the pitch never to return and the game was abandoned with Galatasaray 1-0 up.

There have been rumours of match fixing for Galatasaray, and Mourinho (Fenerbahce manager) said the league "smells bad".

8-game unbeaten league run for Claudio at Roma.

Claudio Ranieri’s impact in the Italian capital can be observed in the team’s points tally since his arrival.

With Venezia came not only the second consecutive away win but also the 8th consecutive useful result.

In the league, since the away game in Como in December, Roma has never lost.

At home the performance is even better, with 7 consecutive wins between the league and cups before the draw with Napoli.

As reported by Siamolaroma.it, when Ranieri arrived, the team was 4 points above the relegation zone, and today it is 4 points from 7th place.

Since November 14, the day of his announcement, Ranieri has collected 6 wins, 3 draws and 3 defeats for a total of 21 points.

Only Napoli, Inter and Atalanta have done better in the last 12 games.

Dull mans club post incoming.

Three teams in the Conference League with shamrock based badge however the team with shamrock in their name, Shamrock Rovers, have the least prominent shamrock of the three.

Just realised two Cypriot sides are playing each other in the Conference League. Didn't think sides in the same association could play each other in these knockouts.

League of Ireland attendance record set today. 33k at Landsdowne Road after Bohs moved their home Dublin derby against Shamrock Rovers there.

Good to see. Always thought it a real shame so few Irish football fans gave their own league the time of day.

Definately seems top be more investment and more interest though, things are brighter than they've ever been.

Great ultra scene too.

Fine, if it's a consistent punishment's. Do feel English speakers often get done for dissent more lol I'm not having that Spanish speakers aren't telling refs to **** off all the time too.

I'm very pleased for Liam Rossenior, got Strassbourg ticking!

I'd have him here in a heartbeat next season but they look likely to reach an unexpected european spot so I imagine that would be next to impossible.

Was always a bit odd the way he left Hull, looks like he's going to be a top manager and he's going about things the right way career wise.

Intrigued to know how he got the Strassbourg gig though, obviously owned by BlueCo (Chelsea) so assuming he possibly knows someone within the management structure there.
