I yearn for the day the PL bubble bursts.

Ironically I fear when it bursts you’ll see a new league come along and make it even worse. They will do a La Liga or Serie A where the games are split across the day so at least eight games are on at different times

Like them taking one for the team now and again then vice versa?

Favour for a favour kind of thing, yeah.

Tigers game has been confirmed on TV I believe so likely it will be us to move

If this is the case then it’ll move of course, another one they’ll owe us.

Every prem rugby match is on TV now since it became a 10 team league

Palace 19:30 is the only benefit. I prefer night matches at that time.

Boxing day is a joke as is West Ham at 20:15 midweek.

And Spurs away at 14:00, how boring.

Another Liverpool then 2 days turnaround for Man city during Christmas period again.

I despise 8:15pm kick offs as well.

If the games moved from it's initial slot, club should allow you to sell your ticket irrelevant of the generic limit on resale

I'll be selling my ticket for the 20:15. Joke that a game will finish after 22:00 and that's without considering stoppage time/VAR time on top of that.

It’s crap if you live further out of, or completely out of Leicester of course. You’re looking at getting out of the ground at 10:15. Sadly we are bound by tv companies.

10:15 is optimistic as well if you're near the back with how badly the ground empties

How many home games can we sell back this season, 4 or 5?

Season Ticket Holders will continue to have the opportunity to resell their tickets on the Club resale platform for up to five matches per season. The resale platform provides a convenient way for Season Ticket Holders to reclaim the cost of their tickets for matches they cannot attend.21 Apr 2024

TICKET FORWARDING

Following its introduction in the 2023/24 season, the Football Club is pleased to continue to offer a ‘Ticket Forwarding’ feature, which gives Season Ticket Holders the option to forward their Season Ticket to linked friends and family up to four times per season.

This initiative provides Season Ticket Holders with greater flexibility, ensuring that if they are unable to attend a match, they can allow their friends and family to enjoy the live matchday experience in their place.

Wolves will move, the Tigers are at home at 3pm on the 21st. Another 2pm Sunday I would imagine.

An absolute farce that we ever have to move to accommodate them.

I can count on 0 hands the number of Leicester fans I know who also go to Tigers games.

Your average Tigers fan is from Leamington and supports Man United

Well it's not because it directly affects the hospital and its A&E - that's the real reason. Nearly 60k fans plus a functioning emergency facility within such a small area.

I remember the last time both teams played on the same day. It was utter carnage getting to an from the ground. Not enough parking and the traffic was unbelievable. The council rightly stipulated both teams cannot play on the same day again.

nothing to do with people having tickets for both, everything to do with the sheer levels of congestion and difficulty policing that would come from it

I can remember the olden days (70's) when both playing the same day was a regulator occurance. Tigers always kicked off early as they didn't have floodlights at Welford Road so the wax jacket county posh boys took up the cattle market parking spaces with their Range Rover type vehicles. My Dad used to do his nut and it's left me with a pathological dislike of Tigers and anything rugby related. Never stepped foot in Welford Road or ever been to a rugby match.

If that has any bearing on it we will not get a further expansion of the ground then.

I think you will find it's more to do with fans leaving the grounds and crossing over each other.

It's really not to do with the latter. It's been repeatedly mentioned by the local SAG that it's the proximity of the hospital.

As seen on FT in 2009,

Within the planning docs for the extension, it's mentioned regards this - 40k ish for an event seems to be the max without substantial committee from LCFC to improve the transport situation.

Isn't this the 4th meeting in 6 years between us and Liverpool at 8pm inbetween Xmas and new year - twice on boxing day. It's ****ing shocking. No thought for the fans.

Im sure I read once that clubs have a say in who they want to play around this time.
