Hi

I am an A-Level student doing my geography coursework, titled "An investigation into the impacts of the King Power stadium on the local area."

As part of this I have to conduct research, in the form of a questionnaire. Any responses to this questionnaire would be a massive help.

Thank you

Is 1 good and 5 bad, or 1 bad and 5 good?

The answer on the left is the good answer moving to the answer on the right being the bad answer. So presumably 1 leans more to the left answer (Good) and 5 to the right answer (bad)

Take a look at the research methodology of John Bale from and his published work from the early 1990s on mapping the spatial externality fields of football stadiums.

They're showing as top to bottom for me rather than left to right 😂

But I'll answer them assuming that 1 is good and 5 is bad, if that's what everyone else seems to be doing!

1 would be strongly agreeing with the statement displayed at the top/on the left whilst 2 would be agreeing with that statement.

3 is neutral between the two statements.

And 5 would be strongly agreeing with the statement displayed at the bottom/on the right whilst 4 would be ageeing with that statement.

Hope this helps

I've taken the survey.  As someone mentioned there has always been a stadium in the locality, so whilst it does have an impact on noise and traffic on match days, this has always been the case.

All the best with your studies 👍

Done.

Q9 should have a separate sub-question - how many new Thai fans have you noticed since approximately 2010

I noticed a fair few when we do well and win something.  They are a bit thin on the ground in leaner times though

you need to look at the impact of raw dykes in a historical capacity

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Raw_Dykes

The first time I bought my missus to Leicester she pi55ed herself at raw dykes.  She said "come on how can that be a road name".  I tried to explain it but she had the alternative image in her head 😂

Oh and as a side note she thought belvoir said beaver was idiotic.....I tend to agree there 😂

Completed for you as many have said the questions could have been better given the current stadium did not create a lot new as an existing stadium was replaced. I would download and read many of the documents submitted for the recent planning application some of what you want to understand are answered there. Transport is particularly relevant. Good luck.

Its a shame you didn't choose seagrave. I know quite a few Newts who would have taken the time to fill out your survey!

Ex-newts.

They've shuffled off their mortal coil and joined the choir invisibule.

She could've waited until she got to the ground, dirty mare!
