I’ve already had a Liverpool fan message me.

“as you’re down can I have you ticket so my son can see us win the league”….

State of modern football, a swift **** off. The seat can stay empty.

A scouser can have my ticket 250 quid to them *****

This league is such a shit corrupt banter league, despite all the jizz from the overhyping media it’s absolutely dead as a product. 3 teams gone in March, pathetic.

People will tell you actually it's better now because they watched a clip of Man United vs Arsenal from 1998 and there were more long balls

Why did we have to collectively shit the bed as soon as Forest got promoted?

Just look forward to them going out in the semi's. of the FA Cup, and completely ballsing up the Champions League, as they find themselves out of their depth, whilst the extra games affect their league position. I know I am 🤞

Yep, we should boost cities confidence tomorrow for the run in. Anyone struggling for goals dr Leicester and dr Wout  can help

This is FA Cup but case in point the Premier League was just better in the 90s, well everything was tbf, but pep ball has ruined the game especially when shit teams like us insist on emulating it.

I have never known a season whereby there’s been little or no positives, from Enzo leaving to appointing Cooper and his wrenching signings. RVN was a poor appointment, but I was excited by his appointment, because what he could bring, if he was supported in the transfer market, which never happened!

Everything that could go wrong as gone wrong. I am just waiting for Forest to relegate us.

I can’t wait for this season to end and pretend this season never happened🙁 because we back where we started after our last nightmare season!

Granted, the lap of honour after the last home game will be a challenging w*nk even for the likes of Cliff Gineta*.

* I only misspell his name as I've been reliably told he hates it when people do that.

In my mind, we've been down since 22 December, when we lost 0-3 at home to Wolves. And I have been consistently saying that.

Before they played us, Wolves had just sacked O'Neill (after the game before us, Ipswich at home). So that was our chance to turn things around, get 3 points, hit Wolves' confidence and to really put them in the s**t with us and Ipswich.

We f**ed it massively and gave them a bounce. The boost they got from beating us then saw them go get 4 points in their next two games against Man U and Spurs. I think those two games would've been very different had they lost to us.

Meanwhile, we played Liverpool and Man C. Obviously got nothing.

In real terms, that little "three-game season" potentially meant a 10 point difference. It defined and sealed our fate – and theirs. Even if all the other results had been exactly same since 22 December, Wolves would now be sitting on 22 points (including today's win) and we'd be on 20.

Good post, spot on. That game still makes me angry.

Hoards of people leaving after 70 minutes in utter disgust.

We've never recovered from that as a team or a fan base I think.

12 points behind 17th with nearly a quarter of the season to play.

Hang your heads in shame.

This league only gets worse from here on, looking at the showers coming up or trying to. Then the likes of ****ing Bournemouth and Brentford are main stays of the division, I mean yeah they have earned it but they are now in a position they would have to be ran by a spectacularly incompetent bunch of bellends (eg our lot) to ever be in danger of going down again.

I think the fact that the gap alone represents more than 70% of the points we've managed after 29 games is pretty damning. Wolves could be sitting on double our points total when we play them.

and they’ve spent about £300m in the process. It’s nothing like us at all, they’ve cheated and reaped the rewards…..

If you watched us in preseason, you would have known we were mathematically finished even then.

You knew beyond any doubt we were down at Lens. It was one of the most unprofessional performances I've ever witnessed. I think teams like Hinckley and Coalville would've beaten us that day. Would've been a real red flag to Will Still that they only scored 3 times (and not a big surprise on that showing that Lens have only scored 31 times in 27 games).

How any Premier League club could serve that up a week before the season started. You just knew they had completely ****ed it up. We've been everything I expected since that day. You could make a genuine case that we've been second best in all 29 games we've played this season. Truly one of the worst teams to ever play at this level.

It says so much that we are seriously flattered by having 17 points. When the media write-ups are in, we should be first on the bad list.  Southampton are getting it for their points tally but I reckon we are neck and neck this season.

Forest getting Champions League, Villa possibly winning the Cup and getting Europa League. Us getting relegated and losing around 27 games with a bunch of utter joke players hardly fit to put on a shirt. It's the stuff of a worst nightmare even I couldnt have dreamt of.

I think you could run a simulation of this season a million times and you wouldn't get 100 seasons worse than what's turned out. Even despite the dire expectations. It's the most unbearably bad season and to think Coventry could still go up too.

I ****ing hope Villa win the FA Cup lol anyone but that lot.

We'll beat either already relegated Southampton or already relegated Ipswich and all this utter shit will be forgotten. A heroes welcome. It's just so draining. This would be so much more bearable if the ground was the toxic pit it should be.
