Might be a different approach for us.  But I'd be surprised if CB was a priority in Jan.  Albeit I totally agree we do need one.  At this point I'd rather have Okoli and Vesty than Faes and his fvck ups.  

I was being greedy, I'd also have a LB.

Rashford is bad for a £350,000 Manchester United star player, for our level if we could get him on decent wages he would be a good signing. Similar type of player to Harvey Barnes and he was good for us.

Matanovic or Ekitike from Frankfurt would be nice. Get a big bloke up top for some variation and the option to play more direct. They name drop Dario Osorio in the article as well and he's a right winger so could be seen as an alternative option to the injured Fatawa.

We were apparently interested in Dario Osorio in summer 2023 so wouldn’t surprise me if we were looking at him again

Alexandro Bernabei from Celtic on loan at Internacional looks like a good option. Seemingly fallen out of favour with Rodgers and has been arguably the best left back in the Brazilian league. His loan ends in December, for £8mil I think he could be a steal for us.

Omar Fayed - 21 years old. Plays for Beerschot on loan from Fenerbahçe. Starred for Egypt at the Olympics.

 

Rein Van Helden - 22 years old. Plays for STVV. 

 

Jose Marsa - 22 years old. Plays for Mechelen. Excellent on the ball but struggled at Sporting so might not be good enough defensively.

We have to pray Enzo comes in for Mads Hermansen in Jan and tries dropping £60 million on him, such a waste in this team we might aswell just get a cheap quality shot stopper and spend the money rebuilding half the starting 11 exactl to RVN style and pray to survive
