Hey everyone, I have a unique link that can get you some really good discounts on Sky services: up to 50% off TV, 40% off mobile, and NOW Broadband starting at just £26 a month! I’ve been a bit quiet lately because life has been busy and kind of taken over, but I’ve helped many folks save on their bills here before. So sending this out - if you’d like a code, just send me a PM! I’m happy to help

Hi @Haywood_6 my parents have standard sky tv and basic broadband

they are paying £137 a month which seems a lot for the terrible speeds

ive tried to go online to speak to someone but seems impossible. Any ideas?  Not sure if your codes apply for existing customers ?

How much?! Blimey.

If that's the cost of Sky then I won't be renewing my subscription, ever.

I currently pay £29.99 per month for BT Broadband (300mbps download) and £1.15 per month for a Lebara SIM. Oh, and £8 for a shared Netflix account.

Really sorry mate but the codes are for new customers only and it's always been this way. If it was my parents and they were seriously unhappy. 03337592137 ring and say your cancelling and walking away, you'll get through to retentions and should be offered something better.

If you stay with a provider, any provider, and just automatically renew, then they rip you off big time. You would think loyalty would get rewarded but not with ISPs.

I'm with Virgin, have been for years. However, at the end of each contract, I've said I'm leaving and, so far, always been offered a better deal. In fact, my bill shows the discounts I'm getting are halving their 'full' price.

Regarding your folks and the difficulty you are having contacting $ky, several ISP's will now handle the move from your existing provider on your behalf. Just check online those the do this and let them sort it.

Here's an example.

Bare in mind though, if your parents have just renewed with $ky, there can/will be an early leaving fee. That said, some providers will also cover any leaving fee - upto a point.
