It's just delaying the inevitable , he isn't going to turn this about , he isn't capable

Any other club he would be sacked

Out of his depth. Yes the squad isn't great but atleast motivate to put a shift in. Try something different. We've become impotent and toothless.

The players look so badly coached.

Sorry ruud but this experiment has been a huge risk and total disaster so far.

It’s ridiculous, because I wouldn’t say these players are exactly working hard either.

The Spurs game at the start of the season - they worked their socks off to stay in the game and got the reward for that - but I can’t imagine our high intensity sprints over the season are anywhere near where they need to be if we’re to overcome a skill deficit.

And our setup - it’s all about how “we want to play” even though that’s not exactly successful in itself.

I’ve yet to see Ruud or Cooper deploy a system that’s targeted a key aspect from the opposition’s attacking play in order to combat that threat OR on the flip side, target an area of weakness in the opposition’s defence.

And using formation ‘rotations’ the way we are, when you’re defensively suspect and don’t command the ball for long periods - is suicide.

We end up altering our shape and wonder why we’re all over the shop on turnovers.

For me, getting a tune out of this squad requires two obvious things - a basic shape and defensive / attacking plans and picking players that will run hard.

Ranieri took a look at the team he inherited and thought, what style of play will get the most out of these players.

Every manager since, with the possible exception of Maresca, has taken a look at the players and thought, how can I get these players to play the way I want them to.

And failed.

It's abit of a shot at his own players really, even if he dresses it up a little bit. Can't say Cooper would've possibly been doing any worse than this, obviously Ruud wasn't backed in January either but this is catastrophically bad football - no goals at home in 7 games - a League record!

Defence getting chopped about every other week, looked an absolute mess again. Patterns of play come down to pass it around the back, no movement up front, lose possession. We looked decent up until one phase of play where we had the ball in their half for a bit but had no idea what to do with it. Gave the ball up and calamity at the back, yet again 1-0... 2-0.....

Straight back down, Leicester City.

Could've been OK if he came in last summer.

Could've done OK if he came in this summer after relegation.

Instead he's in a bit of a no man's land. (Relatively) inexperienced manager with a failing squad in freefall, and no real backing from the board when it's critical.

That being said, persisting with ayew/bdcr/Vardy, somehow still playing Faes, ineffective/stagnant tactics and the lack of any genuine faith in youth are all red flags.

Wrong appointment at the wrong time for the wrong club. He needs to go, unfortunately.

People can say what they want about his football but weve got a better chance staying up with Dyche then this fool. Id genuinely be asking if he fancies it until the end of the season

I think Ruuds gotta go now. But Dyche isn’t the answer either. We don’t have the players to play his system.

There isn’t a manager out there that’s going to take this on.

Unfortunately he didn’t start with many ideas. The squad is abysmal but he’s up there with the worst manager we’ve had in 50 years - absolutely super shite

Probably. I’m past caring about it all really, which is sad. I want my club back.

Just some basic organisation would be a start

Nah this season is done. We need Rohl and plan for next season.

If he goes they’ll assemble a team from the coaches. All but the Dutch goalkeeping fella are now club employed coaches.

It would be the best thing to do as well, there’s no point another manager touching us until post relegation/contracts expiring.
