Mind boggles that people even question this - it won’t happen but if it did it would be an unbelievable signing - easily our best player last year and would walk into our team - literally in any position I reckon he is better than anyone we have - bonkers

I really like KDH. He was our best player for last season and I was gutted when he left. But his one outstanding season for us was in the Championship. He hasn’t proven himself in the PL yet and Chelsea have already decided he’s nowhere near the standard they require. Would you honestly pick him over BEK or Buonanotte, who have both performed at PL level? Given your claim that you’d pick him over any of the ten outfielders, presumably that means you’d also play him as a striker over Vardy or as a centre-half over Vestergaard?

 

I would love it if he returned and was one the midfield options for RVN to pick from. But if we’re recruiting an attacking player I’d prefer we prioritised a specialist right winger or a striker. KDH is a very good attacking central midfielder who has had one brilliant season in the Championship, but to suggest he’d be the first name on the team sheet if he came back is a bit silly.

KDH is better than Skipp. With the injuries we've had KDH would be welcome squad depth. Always puts in a shift. Would track better than Soumare too. 

 

But defense is in need of new blood way more than our midfield ATM. RB and CB are an absolute must, or we are toast.

Skipp is fourth choice though, potentially 5th depending on how Ruud views Hamza. Mental to think the money we spent on him but Wilf, Soumare and Winks are all ahead in the pecking order. 
 

In my opinion this is one of two positions I think we can avoid for this season investing in, the other being goalkeeper.

But if Winks gets injured and Ndidi is still out. I'd hate a run in the side for Skipp... we look so passive and weak in midfield with him there. KDH would be way better = Improvement, I'd be happy with him returning on loan.

Skipp IMO has been a huge mistake, he's Andy King Mk2 (No disrespect Kingy), steady, but not quite good enough for the Premier league.

 

Agree other areas are a priority.

Nonsense was great in his break through season in prem and until the injury and bodgers stopping playing him relegation season he has been been superb for us - all about opinions though and your welcome to yours

He is very busy, some feel that is enough, but he can not fill the gaps left by removing Winks (composure), Bilal (Skill and vision) and Facundo I regard as irrelevant due to him not being ours, but still (Skill). Assumed you were not suggesting he would replace people outside of the midfield positions.

He was very good when surrounded by very good technical players and provided quality and energy to complement that. I don't believe he'd be able to do the role of Bhilal etc

We don't have many good wingers, so would make sense to drop the wingers bring in KDH have a midfield of

 

                Winks     Soumare

   Facundo        KDH            Bilal

 

                          Vardy

 

That would give us funds to buy a couple of new defenders

It's whether it would work well. He'd potentially be better off that right hand side and provide better cover/support to the wing back?

More just over emphasising the fact some are saying we wouldn’t want him back - he would walk into our 11- one semi decent performance against an average Man City does not mean that wolves game or Newcastle or Brentford or forest etc. etc didn’t happen - I stand by the fact he would be an upgrade on anything we have including bilal - and I really like bilal
