Let's face it, we're down and out. This is a mainly championship squad that was badly invested in by Pooper recommended players and trusted by a clown as DoF and board members. Need a clear out, but it's far too late.

7-0

I went for 7-0 in Super Six

We will be very lucky if we keep it to within 4 goals.

We are down this season, try accept it and save yourself the stress.

A lot of people seem unhappy with that defence, and I agree it isn’t good, but who do they expect to play? We simply don’t have the defenders at the moment and need some in when the transfer window opens. From all our defensive options available, I don’t think RVN can do much. It isn’t his fault that this is the level of defenders at the club.

He could try a back 5?

Vardy being saved for Pep.

Vards hardly ever plays on Boxing Day. I think he's started 1 out of the last 5. Purely speculation, but I suspect there's an agreement in place. When he went down in the last 5 v Wolves, I thought this would happen... (or he could just be injured again at Christmas!)

Benching Buonanotte is unforgivable unless their is a genuine reason. Injury, recall etc.

At least he has dropped ward.

Okoli should be in alongside vesty or cody unkess we're playing a low block all night in which case why not a back 3.

60 years ago, I hid behind the sofa when those Daleks came on. Guess I'll be there again tonight - equally scared.

Could do with them in our back 4 tbh!

Baffles me how little Ruud rates Facundo

If Buonanotte is being sold in January by Brighton wtf does that matter? Play him if we are allowed to. If RVN is trying to plan for half a season without him then why have him on the bench at all? Either start him or don't have him in the squad, logic of having him only as a sub really doesn't add up.

I think RVN doesn't trust Facundo to defend as a RM. So he will only play him as a 10, joining the striker in a 4-4-2 defensive shape.

So he's preferred El Khannouss there, with Mavididi staying wide on the left-side, and Ayew drifting infield as second 10.

I maybe would've preferred El Khannouss on the left, with FB as the 10. It does mean McAteer is our only option on the right, but we could have Choudhury sitting behind him at right-back.

At the moment, Justin is our only option as an attacking right-back, with Fatawu and Ricardo out injured, which isn't ideal.

We could have a grand alliance with the Cybermen, Daleks and the Master, and I still wouldn't fancy our chances tonight.

Such a poor line up, blame Rudkin for the deadwood, and Cooper for a dreadful summer of recruitment. Jordan bloody Ayew, Coady, Justin, Daka and that bench…grim.
