We are still within touching distance of the teams around us. 
 

We all know we are going to breach it. 
 

It’s how many points is the deduction. 

If the others around us also get similar deductions, it keeps us on a level playing field. 
 

If we aren’t buying though due to the rules again, we are just on Groundhog Day to relegation.

It depends on how the rules are interpreted. Either £83m or £105m. There's a strong argument that we're OK for the latter, which probably saves us if true.

Seen this but do they announce the points deduction upfront? And, if it is around 12m over, that should mean a 2 points deduction based on Everton’s punishment right?

Nothing seems to have changed from what I can see. No credible sources linking us to the deduction; in fact, Keiran Maguire has presented an argument that suggesting we might be OK in recent days.
