P.S. I've mentioned it a few times on this thread in the past but Selby lives down the road from my old man and he's known him for years. Very quiet, shy, and unassuming bloke apparatnly (Selby, not my Dad :D)

Tend to only watch snooker when Selby's on... Thursday night Last 16,  Friday night, Quarters, Saturday night Semis, and watched the whole final today. I've watched more snooker this week than in the last couple of years put together!

 

He deserved to win after some of those breaks and shots in the afternoon session, but tide seemed to change with Judd arguing with the ref, and Selby not enforcing it as everyone was getting restless, and the snooker was so tough to get out of, but buzzing to see him get over the line!!!

He honestly puts me through the wringer much more than when I’m watching Leicester.

 

Can literally play the most perfect along with the most amateur snooker shots all in the same damn frame let alone session lol

 

One of the very best sportsmen the city has ever produced and deserves much more recognition than he gets
