It's split between ITV and BBC, I think BBC show the home Wales and Scotland games and ITV show the rest.

France got their 9 and 10 back so the best team on paper in this years championship but play England and Ireland away.

We have injuries to Joe Mac and Furlong but think we'll just edge it tomorrow seeing as we're at home. I'm aware I'm setting myself up for getting quoted countless times circa 6.45pm tomorrow

There was an item on BBC Radio 4 this week concerning mounting speculation that it will be moved behind a paywall in the future. The free to air rights deal between the BBC and ITV expires at the end of this year's tournament. The Six Nations is not on the list of the government’s “crown jewels” and organisers are apparently receptive to bids from a subscription broadcaster. TNT has expressed serious interest. Whilst a subscription broadcaster is likely to pay more for the rights to the championship the organisers know that it would not have the reach of the BBC and ITV. England’s victory over Ireland last year attracted a peak audience of 6.6 million viewers while some fixtures can approach 10 million.

Gats looking his age these days. Must be stressful coaching Wales atm

Sounds like he's had a few personal tragedies to deal with over the last 12 moths too.

I’ve got a feeling Dupont is going to go to new levels this tournament. He’s been insane in the champions cup. I’m talking Carter/McCaw/Lomu levels and more.

Got tickets for Wales v Ireland in 2 weeks as a neutral.

I've got £5 on Wales to win at 22/1 tonight,  they were 30/1 earlier today, and praying for 2 early French red cards 😀.

In worried Italy will ruin my day tomorrow and turn my 6 nations into 5 weeks of doom and gloom.

Don't care who wins in Dublin tomorrow, as long as bonus points are kept to a minimum.

Have to admit, I love the 6N even though I come from a bit of the country that wouldn't know what a rugby ball was if it hit you square in the knackers 😀

Are you a Scot? Think this is weirdly their best chance in years but the injuries are annoying.

And that's the reason why you never see a poor bookmaker :D

Probably the worst rendition of Hen Wlad Fy Nhadau I've ever heard perfectly sums up the current state of Welsh rugby lol

The average age of that team look about 17

Yeah. Trust me, I've seen this movie before.

In theory, Italy and a sketchy looking Ireland at Murrayfield in the first 2 games look favourable, followed by beating a 0 from 2 England side, followed by easing past a poor Wales side to setup a grand slam decider v France........easy peas.

In reality, we could easily be leaving Twickenham 0 from 3 and Gregor is announced as Tigers new coach for 2025/26

😀

lol lol lol lol

Like a stuck record this, so much it's become a meme.

They're not winning it. Since it's creation, the Six Nations has always been a two team league and a four team league. It used to be England, France, Ireland and Wales competing for the title (six each for everyone, except England with 7, is remarkable parity) and Scotland and Italy with their own little mini league for the spoon.

Now it's just a two team shoot out between Ireland and France to win it and the rest of us just duking it out for a bit of pride. Given Scotland have to go to Paris and London, England should be winning that little contest to finish third.

About the only time I’ll enjoy watching Rugby. Love this tournament. I think partly due to being able to watch live sport on terrestrial tv mid 90’s has a big thing to do with it, plus it’s one of the times I get to remind @Finnegan he’s not actually Welsh but he doesn’t bite anymore. lol :kissing:

Even as a rugby casual, France are an absolute joy to watch

Dupont is a freak, the closest to Messi you’ll ever see in rugby.
