He's dogshit.

They’re all dogshit. Lumping him with winks like he’s done anything wrong is just a bit weird tho.

The culture in the squad and club is clearly rotten, it needs to be rooted out. The club needs a massive clear out and culture review as it’s clearly not conducive to being a successful club.

If he's not been late then I can't see a problem with it. They obviously don't like each other.

If your manager asks you to do something you ****ing do it, these overpaid entitled ****wits need a dose of reality.

If my work asked me to stay overnight somewhere at short notice, I would even though I'm not on tens of thousands of pounds per week. None of them care.

I am up for giving RvN a chance to rebuild, set his standards. He’s barely had any support. Not even his own backroom staff for much of his tenure. We need a clear out and a change of culture. Sounds like he’s up for it. That’s admirable. If he adds in a bit of pragmatism on match days rather then being wed to a dicking ‘philosophy’ which seems to be trendy now, no matter the results, he might come good.

Exactly, and they are staying in a ****ing luxury resort. I stayed in London last week in a Premier Inn pod, alright actually, worth it for the buffet breakfast!

I have heard multiple times from Ruud that the standards need to be raised and I fully agree with him, one thing you can't accuse Ruud of is not being professional and having standards, he's spent his career at clubs like United and Madrid, he knows what is required from everyone.
I would prefer Ruud to go for both of our sakes, and I've been given no evidence he could rebuild us, part of me does have a gut instinct that we would be top 6 with him next season, but that's probably blind faith.

He has a new baby so maybe that's why? At the end of the day though he is employed to do a job which is funding his family! One night a week isn't a lot to ask.....

Couldn't give a **** where he lives, if hes turned up late or is physically struggling cause of the travel, then fair enough.

If they haven't been affected, don't care what his commute is, there's no requirement for players to live a certain amount of miles away from the training ground

fact is if Winks performance on the pitch was more often than not a 10 out of 10, then keep commuting, but he's been dire, and the team is suffering as a whole, he's extremely well paid and should be willing to make sacrifices. Well done RVN, i don't want to see him in Leicester shirt till he changes his attitude

He and his partner had a baby three weeks ago?

We all aware of how are things are going there?

He has been refusing since Ruud came in though hasn't he? and he's been at the club coming up to 2 years, if he's committed to the club he should be moving to the area.

Yeah, babies just pop out immediately. No pregnancy involved.
