Seems like the rules have changed. Chelsea v man city, west ham v forest are all live right now. Not even a team sheet on social media for us

The best bit is they’ve announced we are playing this evening by providing a match report for a game last Tuesday lol

****ing useless *****

Instead of playing these games at the palace of Seagrave, why not play them at the King Power where more people could go & much easier to get to. Even the Dog & Gun at Whetstone would be better, I went there a few times in the past & we always got decent numbers

Tbf he is 24 and playing against a bunch of 17 year olds 😂

I’d love to see the goals though and work out if daka would have finished them or not

Haha exactly the point really. We don’t have anyone at the moment, if he can pick up some form and then add to the squad, why not.

I’m all for this, him, golding and anyone else that’s been decent tonight should be on the bench Saturday. Only way to drain the swamp

Obviously a good result but I really hope we don't revert to filling the team with older players

We had such a young squad for the U21s last season and it did them wonders to compete and get game time even if the results weren't always there

Players like Cover, Silko and Opoku really should be either moving on or out on loans this season, Braybrooke and Golding should be out on loans too

It’s very confusing as the team vs Braintree was extremely younger

They didn’t want to cup tie certain players.

hopefully someone is working on potential loans for some of them. Learning lessons from the year before

separate point but those cups need the rules changing if they want under 21 teams involved. It’s a great opportunity for experience and we shouldn’t have to do that

I imagine the plan is to get a lot of these loan moves.

4-2, 5 mins left. We are prone to chucking leads away at youth level

Is the u21 game being streamed? Or is it a blackout due to the prem game tonight? Even though we are not prem anymore?

Hi,

Will you be broadcasting free om YouTube the U21 matches this season like you used to do and if not why not?

Hi

Thank you for your email, I have contacted our Production team who have confirmed that unfortunately they won't be broadcasting the under 21's games on You Tube.

Kind regards

Louise

Unfortunately Louise didn't ask why they wouldn't be broadcasting.

Seems to coincide with us losing Nyoni to Liverpool, although scouts of elite clubs i'm sure aren't relying on all the clubs to put the games on YouTube. Don't know why I said it, sorry.

Know what you are saying about the swamp both way off being good enough to be near the first team even in our current state

Jake Evans didn't do a great deal last night but should be in front of those 2

Aluko looked like a groin strain but not sure on severity

Any news on why Evans wasn't part of the cup squad vs Huddersfield last week? Any relevance to contract negotiations or just back with the U21s for now?
