If we do actually get relegated I am definitely giving it a go on Football Manager lol

Even if we stay up we should be having a squad crammed full of academy lads.

Easy way to get the fans connected again and a team that’ll actually show effort.

Brilliant assist.

Best I’ve ever seen him play yesterday. He wins the ball back so much, drives forward with it and nearly always makes the right pass.

He is so obviously talented and just needed time after that ACL injury.

Be great if he can have a good League One loan second half of the season

Cartwright has been on the bench for a while now. He’s still getting minutes but Falkirk have obviously got a settled midfield pair now.

Still played every game and usually gets 20-30 mins off the bench so probably not reason for alarm yet.

I get the feeling that Fuchs has released the shackles off him as he was almost a 2nd CB in the previous games I watched and often bypassed.

Dont get the obsession people have with getting him into League one for the second half of the season. The blokes never played a full season in his life. He could go to another team and be sat on the bench. Starting week in week out against grown men like hes doing now for a full season will do him wonders

That’s a fair point and I wouldn’t be bothered if he stayed at Newport.

I reckon there’ll be a few league one sides that would be interested in him so will be interesting to see what happens.

From watching him a fair few times this season he is IN MY OPINION way better than League Two but like you said, main thing is he’s playing 90 minutes every week.

He was noticeably getting forward more yesterday. He won the ball high up the pitch a few times.

Barrow forum complaining about letting that "young lad" run the show, should have been man marking him apparently . Gave me a laugh.

Braybrooke is actually improving every time he has stepped on the pitch this season. This loan has been massive for him considering how lost and out of confidence he looked in pre season, hopefully massive for us in the long term as he looks back on track for making it to our first team.

All we need is Will Alves back fit and playing well and we could have the dream scenario of all three of Alves, Nelson and Braybrooke being key players for us next season in place of Winks, Cordova Reid, Faes.

Shame Alves got injured.

Was just settling in.

I’m not sure that’s the most use to us though. I’d definitely have him back and find a L2 or L1 club if there were takers, who can give him more minutes.

I can see him being recalled and sent somewhere in England.

It’s done Braybrooke wonders.

Recall Cartwright, see how he does in training and it might be worth giving him a go.

If we recall him, its got to be because we think he has a part to play. You cant take a player from mens football and then go "ah thought you might fit in, u21s for you sorry"

Feel like him and Sammy could come back and play a part to be fair. We're at a stage where the bar is so low its almost impossible for them to disappoint

The reviews remind me of what you’d read about kdh… another good loan and he’ll be in our first team.

So glad we renewed his contract
