I agree our support is atrocious, thats never in dispute.

 

I was just making a completely separate point Re the stadium.

 

You could have 6k Napoli Ultra's in there and it would be an anti climax in comparison to other / most stadiums.

 

The whole place just felt so neutral and boring. 

 

But no, absolutely not using the stadium as an excuse for our atmosphere.

We played poor against Notts, shit against Burton but pretty well today, we take one of our chances and that’s a really comfortable away win against a team who will be pushing for play offs, and have a profile you’d have said we’d struggle against.

 

I’m not saying there aren’t issues, I don’t think Martin is the right guy, never have done, but…I think a fair few of the younger players in our squad deserve time before we all start a mutiny again.

Bit disappointed we didn't make more noise considering near enough 6k went, including those that would usually miss out.  It started well enough but i think city fans have had enough of on pitch disappointment.  I said this last week.  Its draining watching us overpass and make mistakes.  I never used to agree but im starting to agree that on pitch performance does affect the atmosphere in the stands and people's willingness to sing.  

A goal would have changed that end ten fold.  You could feel the frustration and tension all second half.  If we had scored that end would have gone up big time, as much with relief as anything else, and then you get a good atmosphere for rest of the game .....ifs buts and maybes but its a fine line.

A goal today turns a big quiet end into a bouncing one, im sure of it.

Sounded like a morgue on tv like most Leicester away ends. Booing after a decent second half is pretty embarrassing really. Its a young team with alot of players playing their first or second senior season in mens football. Its going to take time. Anyone who thinks we are pissing the league is absolutely deluded

playoffs at the end of the season is surely a must..

And playing well with 75% and 8 shots or so on target is meaningless if the ball doesn’t touch the back of the net once. 
 

but let’s all bow down to Martin at the end of the game like it was a masterclass. Bristric came on by accident otherwise it would have been late second half before he entered.. What are these clappers seeing??

Agree with every word of this. I’ve booed them until I’m hoarse but I didn’t think it was warranted today. Neither were the chants. I think there’s a glimmer of a decent side with those younger lads. I don’t have much faith in Martin delivering it mind…

Big Leicester away ends rarely deliver. The only one that has in the last 10 years was Preston away. Outside of that it’s been small allocations like Randers and Bruges.

Not at all, we’ve been dogshit in the first two games and rightly deserved flack. Today we actually looked half decent, created a lot of big chances and if we had an actual finisher would of won comfortably. Today did not deserve to be booed off. Its not going to help the youngsters at all

If it was 3pm it would still of been shite because Leicester are and have always been fair weather fans. Not a chance you would ever see Leicester fans singing if they were 2-0 down like a Leeds/Newcastle/Wednesday
