I know mentioning this marks you down as a happy clapper on this site but he is one of only four managers to have won a major honour with us. Taylor is surely more unpopular especially as he brought in Wise.

You will remember he got Man of the Match in 69 Cup Final. He was talented and we got more than we paid for him. I think the unpopular tag was his attitude to relegation  and the fellow players Cup final kitty.

We broke the British transfer record for him when we brought him for £150000 and then sold for another record of £165000

That FA cup cupped ears moment is the stuff of legends, cant think of a player our fans love to hate more. Especially considering he came from our academy.

Amazing that a player would do that when he was getting booed and scores a last minute 'equalizer' in a cup final.

 

Really don't get why people are so precious about Chilwell. Loads of people thought he was crap so surely getting £50m for him would just make you like him?
