Can’t find the conference thread but what the fvck are Palace doing?

Genuine chance of lifting a European trophy that comes with Europa league qualification and they are struggling against 10 man Larnaca

Took them five hours of football and a red card for them to beat Larnaca. They're a ridiculously poor side if they have to play on the front foot.

They literally have seemed to be a victim of their own success, after their FA Cup triumph.

They play Porto next and they beat them 3-0 earlier this season, they will beat everyone

I think it was 2-0 helped... by VAR, you'll see a very different porto in the quarters., and its 2 leg's.  I reckon Porto will have too much this time around.

Porto are decent insurance against Forest. They are definitely favourites for that tie. This is a pretty strong Porto this year, walking the league, only let in 10 goals in 26 games, just beat a decent Stuttgart home and away.

I can understand people being haunted by last year and how much everything seems to be going wrong but Forest aren't better than Porto. It will take a massive effort for them to win the Europa League while being in the middle of a relegation battle. I mean they've stumbled past Midtjylland.

I'd be bricking it if they got to the final though.

Yes, similar to Spurs last season. Was sickening seeing them winning an awful final and getting a CL place too, after being dogshit in the PL all season.

That final was a really weird sensation for me - I went in hoping they lost but by the end I was hoping they held on. The fact it was an utter embarrassment to United softened that one big time.

Spurs weren't all that unbearable for winning a trophy. Maybe a lot of it is in my head lol

We all know where this is going. Porto miss two good chances and have a blatant penalty not given in the first 10.

maybe not.

If Villa have close to a full squad, they should win this competition comfortably.

Yeah my anxiety is reduced by the thought that I can’t see Forest beating Villa over two legs.

Still some on here are blinkered by their hatred of Forest.

I absolutely despise them also, but over two legs they absolutely have the players to win the thing.

@Trent Steel you’ve guaranteed us round after round that they will go out to whoever they are playing next 😂😂

Cmon man give us more hope

Jack Harrison and Robin Gosens playing for the same team is not something I’d have predicted just a couple of seasons ago

What happened to Gosens?

Villa and Emery ought to win this and there might be a few teams that hope they do and come in the top 5 as well because presumably then an extra Champions league spot will go to the 6th place team?

Looking at the fixtures their next 5 look very winnable and should have top 5 sealed before their final 2 games.

Liverpool and Chelsea play each other too.

They havent won it yet, here's hoping Porto turn up and give em what for next week at the sh!tty ground....i might even watch it, when I watch Florist they normally lose... so maybe thats the trick...

but I am slowly losing hope....jammy gets

Your right they have got the players......but I reckon Villa will batter them, they play them this sunday in the PL so Unai will work his magic on them if they meet Florist in the semi's

:fc: - theres still hope
